At Portia and Scarlett, we strive for perfection in every gown; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments remain in their original condition with all designer tags and security seals intact to qualify for a return.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items meet our eligibility criteria for return.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your unworn gown in its original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the parcel back to our warehouse.

Receive Store Credit

Once your return is inspected and approved, a digital gift card for the full purchase price (minus shipping fees) will be issued to your email.
